We are a private billing practice. Concession card holders are entitled to a discounted rate.
Aged Pensioners, DVA and Children 16 years and under are Bulk Billed.
Full fee is payable on the day for Workcover and TAC consultation till claim number is provided.

Practice may consider bulk billing in a special circumstances. You are entitle to a Medicare Rebate if you have a valid Medicare Card. You may incur extra fees for procedures performed in the Practice.
Appointments
Consultation are by appointment. Our practice operates on 15 minutes standard appointment system. If you need more time with the doctor, please advise the reception when you make your booking. We always try our best to accommodate urgent medical problems.
If you are new patient to our practice, please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to allow time for practice registration.

Cancellations
Patient that are unable to attend their appointment, please ensure a minimum of two hours notice is given.
Prescriptions
An appointment is required if you require a prescription. It allows for medication to be reviewed and your health to be monitored by our doctors.
If you have been seen recently and you simply need a repeat script 24 hours notice is required for the script to be arranged.
Results
It is necessary to make a follow-up appointment for results of all tests and procedures. In the event of a clinically significant results, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make a follow up appointment to discuss the results with your doctor. SMS requests are sent to patient to make an appointment regarding tests results. It is not practice policy to notify patient of normal results.
Reminders
Our reminder system provides a range of reminder including regular check-up and screening, immunisations, health assessment and chronic disease care plans. The system will send you a text message to your mobile phone. Please advise reception or your doctor if you wish to be excluded from this system.
